Intel Core 2 Duo with 1333 MHz FSB by Q2 2007

Intel will be launching updated Core 2 Duo (conroe) in 4 new offerings with 1333 MHz FSB, these processors are expected to use the upcoming Bearlake 3 family of Chipsets. The four new variants are:

  • E6850 Clocking at 3.0 GHz with 1333 MHz FSB featuring 4MB of L2 cache.
  • E6800 Clocking at 2.93 GHz with 1066 MHz FSB featuring 4MB of L2 cache. (This is multiplier locked version of current X6800)
  • E6750 Clocking at 2.66 GHz with 1333 MHz FSB featuring 4MB of L2 cache.
  • E6650 Clocking at 2.33 GHz with 1333 MHz FSB featuring 4MB of L2 cache.

Intel’s offerings are getting more and more interesting these days and looks like Intel is making it self more AMD proof. :D
