Power Menu: Add More Functionality to Open Windows
Power Menu is a freeware application that adds “Always On Top”, “Minimize To Tray”, “Priority” and “Transparency” functionality to all the top level sub menus (open windows).
Now let us explore the various functionality this freeware application offers:
1. Always on Top
If you enable this option you will be able to keep the window of your choice “Always on Top”.
2. Minimize to Tray
This is the feature I like the most as it allows me to minimize the open windows to system task bar.

3. Priority
It allows us to make changes the priority of the window’s parent process
4. Transparency
This feature allows us to control the transparency of the open windows. The transparency of the windows can be varied from 0% to 100%.
You can download this freeware application from here. This software works without any issues under Windows Vista also though the author has not mentioned it.
This is great and something i was looking for. Thanks for the information.
This does seem useful for me, but I would be apprehensive about adding more options to clog up the options menu..
I just use Window Key+M for minimizing all windows..
Wow, the Always on Top feature is something I’ve always wanted with every windows. Nice find.
