Polaroid has launched a portable DVD player in which you can dock your 5th generation iPod. This would be particularly useful if you feel that the iPod screen is very small for you. The portable DVD player weighs around 1.1 kgs and occupies 238 x 173 x 40mm of space. This gadget is expected to set you back by USD $250.

The product page of Polaroid says it only supports 5G iPods but we feel it will support the 5.5G iPods as well. But it would not be a good option to buy this if it only supports 5G iPod, we would also like to see for the latest iPod touch as well.
The biggest advantage of iPod support is that one can carry lot of movies along instead of DVDs but the price of USD $250 will definitely put off many buyers.
