How to Eject and Retract Default Optical Device from Windows System Tray
You may be in a situation that requires you to eject or retract the optical drive of your computer from within Windows. The optical drive can be ejected easily from Windows from “My Computer”. But how to do we retract the optical drive back into Windows? Well there are scripts available that you can use to retract your optical drive, but doing it from system tray is more convenient.
Ejector is a small freeware utility that sits in your system tray to eject and retract optical drive. You can now easily eject or retract your default optical drive from Windows system tray by using Eject or Retract option.

This utility is light weight and runs on Windows 2000/XP/Vista. This utility currently ejects and retracts only the default Windows optical drive but we would like to see a option in the program that can allows to choose the desired optical drive rather than the default optical drive.
