When we watch a DVD movie or video there may be certain part of the video that you would like to extract. If this is the case then look no further, DVD Cutter is a free software that allows you to cut and extract video clips from DVD video and movies.

To cut and extract a video clip, you would need to open up the VOB file of the DVD Video in the DVD Cutter. Once the VOB file is loaded mark the start and end position of the video using the slider and then use the save selection option, that’s it rest the software will do for you.
This is very useful in saving the favorite scenes in a movie which we would like to save for future viewing.
