There are many instances when we would like to change the screen or display modes of our LCD or CRT monitors. In these cases we would have to either do this from Windows control which takes few clicks. If there was option to do this via hotkey then life can be little easier, Switch Display is freeware tool that allows you change your computers display or screen modes like resolution, color depth and frequency using a hotkey quickly.

The screen modes can be changed by using mouse and hotkey. The hotkey for changing the screen mode can be chosen in a combination of Ctrl, Shift, Alt and custom key of your choice.

This utility does not require any installation hence it can be run from a portable drive also. We tested it in Windows XP and Windows Vista.
